We have been fortunate enough to work with many diverse businesses since we’ve opened the doors here at J Taylor Design. Ranging from lawyers, to hair salons, to fitness trainers, we’ve enjoyed working with different types of people and personalities from all over.

Recently I’ve been taking some fitness classes from one of our fitness trainer clients. He runs a few different fitness businesses underneath his Advanced X Training umbrella including Tuff Camp, Advanced Personal Training and CrossFit Advanced. I’ve been taking the CrossFit classes. I wasn’t too sure what to expect from the classes before signing up to take them. I knew that they were high intensity workouts that would challenge me, but that’s about it. I’m now in my 4th week or so of classes and I’m pretty hooked. There is something definitely special about CrossFit. However, that’s not what this article is about.

In the new year we’re going to be putting together a few short commercials for CrossFit Advanced. In preparation for those commercials we wanted to put together a bit of a test run to see what we were working with location wise. So the video below is our test run. Check it out.
