Test Your Metal 2012 CrossFit Competition

This past weekend, CrossFit Advanced hosted the second annual Test Your Metal CrossFit Competition at SportsFest in Allentown, PA. New from last year, a team competition was added where groups of 4 competed against other groups.
The event hosted more than 50 participants in the individual competition, and more than 150 participants in the group competition from all over the Tri-State Area.
